All brands of plastic Mini-Z production rims are allowed. The maximum front-wheel width is 8.5mm. The maximum rear wheel width is 11mm. The maximum wheel diameter is 20mm. All rims must be original designs made for Mini-Z cars. Modifications, slot-car, and 3D printed wheels are not allowed

Refer to the General Rules/Tires section for information. Kyosho or PN branded tires only. Maximum tire diameter 25.7mm tested by a “go/no go” method.

Batteries

Cars must be powered by 4 AAA batteries. Alkaline, Ni-MH, or Ni-Cd batteries may be used. No other type of battery may be used. An additional battery is allowed and may only be connected to a transponder.

Electronic & Transmitter

Only Kyosho original items included in the box are allowed, with NO modifications.

Body

Kyosho original AutoScale body, white body, Jomurema GT01 body and TRP Scale body, all parts must be original from that body, limited wheel clearance modification allowed.

Option Parts

Ball bearings, wheel nut, and t-plate only.

Modifications

Kingpin flip allowed.

Motor

Handout motor (purchased at event). PN Brushless Sensorless 3500kv #160035WC, all motor’s come with standard 14.5 rotors, and all motor’s will be inspected by a motor checker machine to make sure all motors are running on same performance, and all motor’s will be sealed with security label, if the label removed or broken will be VOID.

The motor MUST be purchased at the event.

All wheel rims must be original design made for Mini-Z racer, any modification is not allowed, any slot-car design wheel and 3D print wheel not allowed.

Batteries

Cars must be powered by four AAA batteries. Alkaline, Ni-MH or Ni-Cd batteries may be used. No other type of battery may be used. For example: Lithium Polymer may not be used. Additional battery for transponder allowed.

ESC

Kyosho ASF VE VE Pro MR03S RWD and EVO, PN 16A ESC (#500807 and #500807A). Gyro and Receiver built in Gyro are not allowed.

Body

Kyosho Mini-Z, TRP Scale and Jomurema, GL, Silver Horse allowed, full windshield and window must be installed, except for clearance, Lexan window and Lexan Roof allowed.

Option Parts

Any aftermarket brand Mini-Z production parts allowed, any homemade parts, 3D print option parts and prototype parts not allowed.

Allowed 3D Print Transponder Holder, Body Side Clips, ESC Top Cover allowed.

F1 specific tires only, 11mm front 14mm rear. Refer to the General Rules/Tires section for information. Maximum tire diameter 25.7mm test by a “go/no go” method.
