Entry fee of $50 per class for your first classes, $40 entry fee for second class and beyond. Keep in mind the entry also includes event shirt, racer giveaways, access to legends, Concours event, Q&A sessions, and pit spot, which many other large events charge separately for.

All unpaid entries will be deleted on Feb. 17th. You may then sign up again but your spot is not held until your payment is received and you must pay within 24 hours.

Event entries will be capped if there are enough entries to produce 40 heat races in our effort to provide an enjoyable length of program

Event shirts only available for paid entries, paid before Feb.17th

DATES and SCHEDULE:

-March 27th - Optional Practice Day 10AM-6PM ($25 practice day charge)

-March 28th: 2 rounds of controlled practice, Qualifier #1.to follow  Doors at 7:30AM

-March 29th: Qualifier #2 and #3.  Doors at 7:30AM

-March 30th:: All Mains,  (trophy presentation following final mains).  Doors at 7:30AM

FORMAT:

-Rocket Round Qualifying, best 1 of 3 (5 minute)

-Extended length A Mains for all  classes (6 minutes)

-Classes will be 9  straight to each main, with one bump from lower mains

-5 minute lower mains all classes

-ONE drivers minute A and B mains only (two minute clock, race will start once clock expires)

-Rolling starts for qualifying

-Re-sort after round 1 of qualifying

-Trophies for Top Qualifier and top 10 A Main drivers in each class, Top 3 in Bmain (Vintage Classes only)

CONTROLLED PRACTICE PROCEDURE

-4 minute sessions, by practice sheets 

-Up the ramp, down the stairs

-EVERYONE marshals after EVERY practice session

-EVERYONE blows off the track after every time they marshal

- The computer will call the end of every practice session, "practice session has expired". Cars immediately slow down when this is announced. Marshals immediately start blowing the track when this is announced.

- Next session starts on timer of 1 minute

OTHER HOUSE KEEPING

-Tech inspection will be only for modern classes

-Pit spots will be assigned. One spot and one chair provided per driver.

-A mechanic can request an additional pit spot next to their driver at the cost of $50 for the event

-Turn marshaling is a requirement. Either you or someone that you designate for yourself.

-Transponder numbers are required to be in our system prior to event start.  We will not drag and drop. Message our page with your correct transponder numbers to get a head start on this process.  Mylaps transponders are preferred, although MRT/AMB do work in, but have had recent issues with updated software.

-No open toe shoes.
