• $65 Per Entry (includes 1 set of Spec Tires, 1/8 Buggy Classes Only), From the entry free $30 covers tires, $35 to race event.    

• $35 Per Entry (Non-Buggy Classes) 1/8 Truggy electric and nitro, SCT 4x4, Mini Truggy, and Novice Beginners

• Team Race Class Entries: 16-22 entries needed for 2 person teams, 24-39 entries needed for 3 person teams.  If we have more entries we will run 4 person teams.

• Teams will be made up randomly. Each round the drivers will be shuffled. Therefore, each round, each driver will have a new team.

• Tire Rules:

• Tire will be the TZO Control Tire Pre-Glued and ready to race.

• No Pin Cutting, No Foam Cutting, No modifying tires in anyway.

• 1 set of tires/foams/wheels comes with each buggy class entry 

• Additional sets may be purchased at the track for $40 a Pre-Glued Set

• Nitro Buggy Teams

  • 2 or 3 Person Teams, 30 minutes each person, each heat race

• 1 Team Member on the stand as the racer for 30 minutes

• 1 Team Member in the pits as the pit person for 30 minutes

• 1 Team Member on the track as a turn marshal for 30 minutes

• Each person on the Team must participate in each of the roles for the full amount of time using their own buggy.  Team members are encouraged to help one another prepare for each team race to maximize their teams laps for each race.

• E-Buggy Teams

  • 2 or 3 Person Teams, 10 minutes each person, each heat race

• 1 Team Member on the stand as the racer for 10 minutes

• 1 Team Member in the pits as the pit person for 10 minutes

• 1 Team Member on the track as a turn marshal for 10 minutes

• Each person on the Team must participate in each of the roles for the full amount of time using their own buggy.  Team members are encouraged to help one another prepare for each team race to maximize their teams laps for each race.

• Non-Buggy Classes:

• Nitro Truggy, E-Truggy, Mini-Truggy, 4X4 SCT, and Novice Beginners if you bring them, we will run them.  

• If, for some reason, we do not have the minimum racers needed for this race shuffle format, we will still run a typical race of 3 quals, and mains for those classes based on class entry count.  

• We may also opt to a 2-person team format if needed.  

• These classes WILL race one way or another during the event.  

• Drivers Track time:

• Nitro will race for 90 minutes total, 30 minutes in each of the 3 rounds of racing. 

• Electric will race for 30 minutes total, 10 minutes in each of the 3 rounds of racing.  

• Every round will count towards the overall results.  Therefore, we are racing the entire time.

• Classes with fewer entries will run a traditional Qualifier and Main format.

• As the individual drivers move from 1 team to another, they will take the laps from their previous team total with them as their own laps for Round 1. 

• Cash Payouts:

  • 40% of Entry will be included in CASH Payouts, completed like the examples below, based on the quantity of entries for each class.  Each class will have cash included from only that class.

  • For each class, we will pay both the top finishers and the ReUp finishers.
