Entry fee of $100 flat rate for Mod 2wd, Mod 4wd, Expert 17.5, & Expert 13.5.  $75 first 2 all other classes, 3rd class, not listed above will be $50 each. Keep in mind the entry also includes your practice day, event shirt and pit spot, which many other large events charge separately for.

We are capping the amount of people at 174, no mechanics pits available at this time. The system will purge all non payments at midnight each night and when we have 174 people it will be closed. So you need to sign up and pay. 

DATES and SCHEDULE:

-December 30th: Any racers,  arriving early are welcome to set up their pit area during shop hours, noon to 8pm

- December 31st pit set up noon-8

- Slash Enduro on this day at 5pm, practice begins at 3:30

-January 1st: 2 rounds of practice by heat sheets and Qual 1 to follow

-January 2nd: 1 round of practice by heat sheet and Qual 2 & 3 to follow

-January 3rd: one round of practice by heat sheet and mains followed by the Clash Of Champions races, trophiy presentation to follow

-January 4th: track open for practice 10-6

-Thursday,-Saturday: Doors are at 7:30 each day, practice by heat sheets will begin at 8 each day

FORMAT:

-Qual points, best 2 of 3

-Triple A Mains for Mod 2wd Buggy, Mod 4wd Buggy, Expert 17.5 Buggy and Expert 13.5 4wd Buggy

-Extended length A Mains for all other classes (8 minutes)

-All Classes will be 10 straight to each main, with one bump from lower mains

-5 minute lower mains all classes

-ONE drivers minute A and B mains only (two minute clock, race will start once clock expires)

-Re-sort after round 1 of qualifying 

-Trophies for Top Qualifier and top 10 A Main drivers in each class

CROWNING THE EVENT CHAMPIONS

-The race weekend will conclude with two 8 minute Clashes.… Worth a total of $7000 in podium payout

-One Clash to determine a stock champion. One Clash to determine a mod champion. The winner of each Clash taking home the biggest piece of the pie at $3000 each.

-To qualify, make sure that you sign up for both disciplines: 2wd buggy and 4wd buggy for bot Mod and Expert Stock. It is the cumulative results from these Triple A Mains that will determine the drivers that are eligible to race in the final Clash!

-One race will feature the 8 best mod racers of the weekend; the other the 8 best stock racers. After each 8 minute race…one driver is heading home $3000 richer

- 2nd and 3rd pay out for these races as well

ALL PRACTICE BY HEAT SHEETS

-EVERYONE marshals after EVERY practice session

-EVERYONE blows off the track after every time they marshal

- The computer will call the end of every practice session, "practice session has expired". Cars immediately slow down when this is announced. Marshals immediately start blowing the track when this is announced.

OTHER HOUSE KEEPING

-Tech inspection will be ROAR weight, battery voltage, blinky mode, approved motors and batteries

-Pit spots will be assigned. One spot and one chair provided per driver.

-Turn marshaling is a requirement. Either you or someone that you designate for yourself.

-Transponder numbers are required to be in our system prior to Qual 1. We will not drag and drop. Message our page with your correct transponder numbers to get a head start on this process.

-No open toe shoes or crocs, must be tennis shoes or boots with no hard heal.
