• Practice: 08:30 to 16:00

Practice format subject to entry numbers

Saturday 6th June

• Two Wheel Drive Junior Stock
• Two Wheel Drive Stock
• Two Wheel Drive Modified
• Short Course Truck

Sunday 7th June

• Four Wheel Drive Stock
• Four Wheel Drive Modified
• Two Wheel Drive Stadium Truck

Refunds

Where a competitor withdraws from the Championship before the entry closing date, or the Championship has no remaining places, the competitor will be entitled to a full refund of any paid entry fee (See RCRA rule 2.8.14).

Entrants who withdraw from the Championship after the closing date, or who do not show up, will not be entitled to a refund. The host club may use their discretion to consider special circumstances for refunds (See RCRA per rule 2.8.15)

NB: Competitors who have not entered by the entry close date will not be graded and will be placed in the last heat in their class subject to availability. No exceptions.

Qualifying

• Maximum 10 drivers per heat
• RCRA approved grading for rounds 1 & 2
• Re-grade after 2 rounds
• 4 rounds of qualifying per class
• IFMAR staggered start
• 1 warm-up lap, 5 mins & final lap

Finals

• Maximum 10 drivers per Final
• 3 Finals for A-Mains
• 3 Finals for lower mains (schedule permitting)
• 1 warm-up lap, 5 mins & final laps

Control Tyres

This event is a control tyre event for driven wheels. Refer to the RCRA EP Off Road General & Technical Rules regarding tyre preparation and acceptable cleaning treatments. Failure to follow these rules will result in disqualification.

Additive (goop)

The Sydney Radio Control Car Club Inc is closely monitoring the 2020 Victorian State Titles usage of the TDK tyre additive* which is >(a) currently the only tyre additive approved by the RCRA and (b) will be used in line with the recently published tyre additive policy & procedures from the RCRA. Should the event in Victoria be successful we will look to replicate this process in NSW (subject to reviewing any policy updates from the RCRA following the Victoria State Titles). We wish our friends in Victoria all the best for their state titles and hope to learn from their experience and build on that here in NSW.

Note: If implemented for NSW additive will be provided at no additional charge to competitors. *TDK Repairs Aggressive Tyre Sauce (SKU: TDK1001). This product is bio-degradable, eco-friendly, and deemed “safe” by the manufacturer.

Cross entering rules are subject to RCRA rule 2.7.4

• There is NO cross-entering between buggy motor classes. A competitor may enter in any Stock Classes or in any Modified Classes but not both (see RCRA rule 2.7.4a)
• Cross entering into Stadium Truck or 10.5 BL Short Course Truck classes IS allowed
• There is NO cross-entering between Two Wheel Drive Junior Stock andTwo Wheel DriveStock, cross-entry between 2WD Junior Stock and Four Wheel Drive Stock IS allowed
